By accessing and downloading your photos from Sean MacLaughlin Photography, you agree to the following terms:

1. Access and Delivery

Your images are available for purchase/download via the online gallery.

The gallery will remain active for a limited time, after which the link may expire unless extended by the Photographer.

2. Download Rights

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the photos for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may print the images or share them with family and friends, but strictly may not sell or license the images to third parties, this includes giving images to sponsors or using on company social media pages.

3. Copyright

The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images.

Credit is appreciated when posting photos online (e.g., tagging the photographer), but not required unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Edits and Alterations

Images may not be altered with filters, edits or any other modifications that change the Photographer’s original style without prior written consent.

Any edited version must not misrepresent the Photographer’s work.

5. Storage and Backup

It is recommended that you download and back up your images promptly.

The Photographer is not responsible for storing or re-sending images after purchase and may request further payment if required.

6. Liability

The Photographer is not liable for any technical issues with downloads or for loss of image files due to user error.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading the images, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
